After the announcement by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to celebrate November 26th as the Constitution Day, the schools of Jaipur have taken it on a serious note. Sanskar School, Jaipur was among the prominent ones to mark the importance of the day.
Paying a tribute to the architect of the Indian constitution, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and upholding the ideas and values of our constitution, the school had conducted a special assembly. As a part of this assembly, school’s principal, Ms. Rama Datt read the preamble, which was repeated after by the students.
Well, Consitution Day at Sanskar School had a creative side to it as well. The event also comprised of the poster-making competition for the students of classes VI to XII where they brought to life their imagination. Though, we the ScooTalks team thoroughly enjoyed their world of creativity, what the students enjoyed were the appreciation in the form of awards. The students were awarded certificates for each category and seeing the happy faces receive awards, we realized the actual meaning of independent India, India that is happy living on the fundamental principles laid by itself.
Along with the teachers and students, Team ScooTalks also got to read the preamble and we felt proud to be a part of the event dedicated to the nation.
