Bett Leads $1 Million Investment In Learnit

ITE Group Plc, organisers of the world’s leading edtech event, Bett, today announced taking the lead in a $1 million investment in Learnit, the new event for the global learning ecosystem. Learnit will take place the same week as Bett, making Bett week the most important week for learning, globally.

Learnit will be held in less than 50 days on 24-25 January 2019 at the QEII Centre in London and is on track to sell out at 1,000 attendees.

Learnit founders are the team behind some of the world’s most important events in retail (Shoptalk), payments (Money20/20), healthcare (HLTH) and FMCG (Groceryshop). Anil Aggarwal, Co-Founder, and Chairman of Learnit said: “Just as we’ve done in other sectors, we are leading the development of a new community and an intellectually honest conversation about the current state and future of learning, to help revolutionise education, and ultimately change the world.”

This investment makes sense as Learnit perfectly complements Bett, which is the market-leading event for education. Together, these events represent the most important gathering of education leaders globally.” said Mark Shashoua, CEO of ITE Group Plc.

“Bett is the must-attend show for EdTech: for knowledge, for products, for networking, for suppliers, for learning and for the global education community.
