Jaipur, 12th October 2019
The two days art story encompassing the integration of Art with local music forms, talk with the specialists, wildlife photography exhibition, art exhibition commenced this morning at 10:00 am. It was inaugurated by Mr. Jagroop Yadav, Collector- Jaipur City, Mr. Jagdeesh Chandra, CMD- First India, Ms.Vijay Laxmi Bishnoi, General Secretary, PCC, Mr. Ayush Periwal and Padmashree Shakir Ali.
“This is the meeting place of the creativity and integrating it with our rich culture”, said Apra Kuchhal, Chairperson, We Care.
WE CARE is an NGO to promote Women, Youth and Art n Culture. It has been actively involved in many activities in the State. This two days Art Experience is organized with the student group SEHR at Hotel Hilton on 12th & 13th October 2019.
Using a multitude of mediums such as painting, drawing, photography, sculpture and installation, each piece of demonstrated art expresses an important sentiment or idea. There were 85 pieces done by - Abhikram Shekhawat, Chirag Kamra, Jayantika Sharma, Juhi Kedia, Navya Sharma, Rijul Tekriwal.
Many of the themes the budding artists have chosen to exhibit are extremely powerful. They have used the trials, tribulations, and experiences of their own lives to shape their art. Using colors and shapes, paint and ink, fabrics and clay, these students have expressed their emotions about their lives, their futures, and the world.
The exhibition saw a melange of local Rajasthani music with a live art demonstration. Works renowned Miniature Painting Artist shared his experiences and nuances of Art with the budding artists.
